Guide Review
The Ultimate Shrimp Book
I love shrimp and could eat them daily. So I was hoping this book would inspire creative ways to prepare the little sea creatures to spare my family the boredom of the same old dishes. I was not disappointed.

650 recipes sound a bit daunting at first, but not once you understand how they are organized. The book is arranged in order of basic recipes for traditional shrimp dishes. Then each basic recipe has variations that add twists to the traditional dish. For example, there's a basic recipe for Coconut Shrimp followed by: Curried Coconut, Double Coconut, Island Coconut, Mexican Coconut, Nutty Coconut, and Pineapple Coconut variations. You can make this dish weekly for two months and never get bored. That's my kind of cookbook!
